Were looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and help us build a strong and engaging social media presence.

Position Overview:As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in developing, posting, and boosting social media content to enhance our brand presence across platforms. This is an in-person, hands-on opportunity based at our office in Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad, where youll work closely with a dynamic and collaborative team (both local and overseas).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop weekly content aligned with the brands voice and marketing goals.
• Create, design, and write engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Post and schedule content regularly using social media management tools.
• Manage social media interactions: respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
• Strategically boost posts and run basic ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest new ideas and improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance with insights and recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for social media, fashion, and branding.
• Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe Spark, or similar tools) preferred
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
• Prior experience managing social media platforms (even personal or university projects) is a plus.
• Must be available to work in-person at our Islamabad office in Diplomatic Enclave. Rooted Nation will manage the security clearance and Diplomatic Enclave entry pass for the team member.
