Mechanical Team Supervisor

The Mechanical Team Supervisor oversees on-site mechanical fabrication and execution, ensuring timely mobilization, quality standards, and efficient resource management. Responsibilities include team coordination, site surveys, inventory control, and compliance with safety and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobilize and coordinate mechanical teams for timely on-site deployment.

2. Supervise mechanical fabrication, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

3. Ensure on-time completion of mechanical works, addressing delays proactively.

4. Conduct site surveys for accurate planning and execution.

5. Manage delivery, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.

6. Maintain accurate inventory of materials and equipment for seamless operations.

7. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

8. Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation of site activities.

9. Lead and develop the mechanical team, fostering a productive work environment.
