Job Description:

Identify, onboard, and manage new merchants to expand our network.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to align merchant needs with company goals.

Monitor merchant performance and provide solutions to enhance engagement.

Address merchant queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Develop strategies to increase merchant participation and revenue growth.

• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
• Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Gender: Open to all (Male/Female)
• Transportation: Provided for Female employees
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
