At 3AM Innovations, we specialize in web development, content creation, and software development. As we expand our creative team, were looking for a talented Social Media Marketer to join our night-shift squad and help drive online visibility and brand engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and optimize for performance.
• Analyze insights and metrics to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Suggest creative growth ideas for audience engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to work evening/night shifts (7 PM - 3 AM)
