Job Summary

As an E-commerce Operations officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations for our online store. This includes order processing, inventory management, courier handling, and ensuring smooth backend operations that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment: processing orders, coordinating packing, dispatch, and tracking.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, return/exchange handling, and resolution of delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update product inventory on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and improve order processing time and delivery experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or online store management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and courier platforms.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in Excel/Sheets, Shopify, and web-based platforms.
• A proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify or social media shop integrations.
• Familiarity with beauty, fashion, or kids product categories.
