Office Management Associate (Female)

Med Revolve is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Management Associate (Female) to manage administrative tasks, streamline office operations, and support our team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Oversee daily office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Assist senior management with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.
  • Bachelors degree or relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in office management tools and software.
  • Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
