Organic Channels Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organic Channel Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a proven track record in driving organic growth through SEO, Blog Optimization, email marketing etc.

Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic opportunities.
• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, and headers, to improve search engine visibility.
• Ensure website structure and navigation are SEO-friendly.
• Monitor and optimize website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.

Off-Page SEO:

• Build and maintain high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies, such as guest posting and outreach.
• Monitor and manage online reputation and brand visibility.

Email Marketing:

• Create and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Design and A/B test email templates to optimize open and click-through rates.
• Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Manage email list segmentation and personalization.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of organic channels.
• Generate regular reports on key metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and email engagement.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Stay Updated:

• Stay abreast of the latest SEO and email marketing trends and best practices.
• Continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven 2 - 3 years experience in SEO and email marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as G4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahref.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
