Job Summary:

ATU Logistics is looking for a Outbound Call Agent to manage and coordinate freight movements. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics dispatching. This role involves scheduling drivers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Assign loads to drivers and coordinate routes.
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain records of dispatch schedules, driver logs, and trip details.
• Address customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Handle any delays, emergencies, or service disruptions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of truck dispatching and logistics services (preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
