Hiring: Plant Manager - Animal Feed Additive Premix Plant

Location: Muridke, Punjab

Department: Animal Feed Additive Premix Plant Operations

HRPSP is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Manager for a leading client in Muridke. This is a key leadership role in a high-precision Animal Nutrition Mixing Plant. If youre skilled in manufacturing, quality control, and process optimization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:Achieve production targets and uphold quality standards like GMP+ & FAMI-QSManage SAP, coordinate with local authorities, and oversee daily operationsImplement safety protocols and ensure regulatory complianceOptimize costs and manage operational budgets

Maintain machinery and minimize downtime ⚙

Operate PLC-controlled pneumatic systems for handling sensitive materialsDrive continuous improvement and sustainability

Qualifications:Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field10+ years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership roleKnowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and PLC-controlled pneumatic systemsChemistry background preferredStrong leadership and cost management capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
