- QC Inspection
- Conduct routine inspections on electric bikes and retrofitted 70cc bikes during different stages of production.
- Verify that components such as the electric motor, battery, controller, wiring, and frame meet specifications.
- Perform functional tests, motor efficiency, brake functionality, and ride quality.
- Ensure that safety standards are met for all parts and the final product.
- Record all inspection and test results, noting any defects or issues.
- Assembly of Electric Bike Components:
- Assemble electric bike parts, including motors, batteries, frames, wheels, and handlebars.
- Install electrical components such as wiring, controllers, and sensors according to assembly guidelines.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure fitting of bike components during assembly.
- Quality Control and Inspection:
- Conduct detailed inspections of completed assemblies to identify defects or issues.
- Perform functional tests on assembled bikes to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Report any issues or defects to the production supervisor for corrective action.
- Machine Operation:
- Operate welding machines, drills, grinders, and other hand tools required for assembly.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or damage.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Adhere to environmental standards in the disposal of waste materials.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other assembly workers, engineers, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to report progress, challenges, and improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs37,000.00 per month
