Professional Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Professional Chef specializing in Pakistani and Chinese cuisine to join our corporate hospitality team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality, authentic dishes for daily staff meals, VIP guests, and corporate events, while ensuring hygiene standards and cost-effective kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily meals with a focus on Pakistani and Chinese cuisines.
• Develop and update menus in collaboration with management, keeping in mind nutritional balance and staff preferences.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and corporate food policies.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or kitchen assistants.
• Handle food presentation and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
• Cater to special corporate events, meetings, and VIP dining when required.
• Maintain cost control and minimize food wastage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a chef, preferably in a corporate or high-volume catering environment.
• Specialization in Pakistani and Chinese cuisine is mandatory.
• Knowledge of modern kitchen equipment and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.
• Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
