Project Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Analyzing project needs, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Developing detailed project plans, including comprehensive timelines with key milestones and deadlines.

- Preparing, managing, and tracking project budgets, ensuring adherence and reporting on variances.

- Generating project status reports, documenting Change Requests (CRs), and maintaining all project documentation (plans, reports, minutes, logs).

- Managing and utilizing Project Management (PM) tools for task tracking, progress monitoring, resource allocation, and team collaboration, ensuring data accuracy.

- Serving as a key point of contact, facilitating effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management, and assisting in conflict resolution.

- Identifying, tracking, and managing potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating as necessary.

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.

Skills required for Project Analyst:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Team Work, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- 2 - 4 years Proven experience in similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs105,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
