Project Manager Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Management Intern to support our team in coordinating various projects, including video editing, design, and scriptwriting. This role will give you hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling and tracking tasks across creative teams (video editors, designers, scriptwriters, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.

-Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment of project objectives.

-Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project timelines, record meeting notes, and provide regular status updates to senior project managers.

-Creative Support: Work closely with video editors, designers, and scriptwriters to ensure work aligns with project goals and quality standards.

-Problem-Solving: Identify potential project roadblocks and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:

-Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana); basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

-Experience: Previous internship or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
