Project Manager

We are currently looking for a talented and energetic “Project Manager -Civil” with a solid technical understanding of BOQs, layouts, drawings, and skills to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects and contribute to business growth through new client acquisition and relationship building.

This roles job responsibilities include;

• Manage the projects from start to finish & ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
• Arrange, manage resources needed to complete project, manage costs in order to meet budget.
• Monitor the performance of teams on site and provide directions and feedback as and when required.
• Maintain constant liaison with the Clients/Contractors and their representatives (Architects, Engineers etc.), including attending regular meetings, pre-bid meeting, site surveys and providing reports to ensure the pace of work progress.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, quotations, and project plans, and related technical documents and deliver presentations and demonstrations to new and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ensure accuracy of the qualities, all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Oversee quality control, health and safety matters of workers on the construction site.
• Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives.
• Review design consultants drawings and integrate them into the project.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Sc. Civil with Masters in Project Management (MPM).
• Valid PEC License.
• 2-5 Years of project handling, site management, and client management, Relationship building experience.
• Should have excellent client service & problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to work full-time.
