Key Responsibilities:Design & implement QA processesMonitor inbound/outbound calls for complianceDeliver feedback & coaching to enhance agent performanceAnalyze QA data and report actionable insightsCollaborate cross-functionally to address quality issues

Requirements:Prior experience in call center QA or managementStrong command of QA tools/softwareUnderstanding of BPO operations & service standards
