Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial B2B sales, specifically in the lubricants sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and industrial partners
- Lead and support the regional sales team, providing guidance and performance monitoring
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service follow-up
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and after-sales support
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in industrial/B2B sectors
- Proven experience in the lubricants industry is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)
