Research Associate

Transformation Wellness Clinic | Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal | PK

Transformation International Society is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support ongoing research projects in Islam and Psychology.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant research findings

Assist with study design, data collection, and data entry

Analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data using appropriate software

Maintain accurate and up-to-date research records and documentation

Prepare tables, graphs, and research summaries for publications or presentations

Perform administrative tasks related to research (e.g., scheduling interviews, organizing files)

Qualifications:

  • Must be PhD in Clinical or General Psychology
  • Previous research experience (academic or professional)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical or qualitative software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, STATA, Python, or others as applicable)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skill.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ethical guidelines and research compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
