Job Title: Sales Coordination Officer (SCO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordination Officer (SCO) to join our growing EdTech company. The SCO will be responsible for promoting and selling our education software to both parents (for individual use) and educational institutes (for institutional licensing). The SCO will lead a divisional team, coordinate sales strategies, and ensure that revenue targets are achieved across all assigned segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell the companys education software directly to parents and institutions (schools, coaching centers, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive individual and institutional adoption.
  • Build and manage a division-wise sales team to expand reach and improve conversion.
  • Train, mentor, and support the sales team in their respective regions or target segments.
  • Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Organize product demonstrations, webinars, and school visits to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
