Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers
• Effectively communicate Arrivy’s value proposition to prospects and address their business challenges with tailored solutions
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies that drive lead generation and conversion
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate deal closure
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively
• Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients
• Ability to assess client needs and provide strategic solutions
