Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively market and sell IT-based business automation solutions to potential clients across Canada.
• Identify, qualify, and engage leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to retain and grow client accounts.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, log sales activities, and track performance.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing and follow-up communication to nurture prospects.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the teams overall success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or SaaS-based services.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
