What Youll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture
  • Architect, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with design, product, and strategy teams to define and deliver product features
  • Own code reviews, technical design sessions, and best practices implementation
  • Make key technology choices across the stack with a focus on performance and sustainability
  • Stay current with tech trends and recommend strategic innovations

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and design patterns
  • Great communication skills and a passion for clean, scalable code

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in DevOps or CI/CD tools
  • Background in building SaaS platforms or large-scale web apps
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js
  • Contributions to open source or tech communities

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
