Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development candidates with a proven track record in front sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling marketing services, generating leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets between $4,000 to $5,000. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients and pitch company products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through follow-ups and effective communication.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front-line international sales and cold calling, specifically in marketing services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve basic sales targets of $4,000 to $5,000.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Ability to work at night to cater to international time zones.
