Sales Executive
Contract: 3 monthsLocation: Multan

Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Sales
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new clients through various methods like networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, presentations, and open houses for prospective buyers.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase properties to potential buyers by providing detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements, and facilitate smooth closing of sales transactions.
2. Market Research & Analysis
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
- Property Appraisals: Assist in the evaluation and pricing of properties based on current market trends.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on the activities of competitors to ensure competitive pricing and sales strategies.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
- After-Sales Support: Provide support to clients after sales transactions, helping them with any issues related to the property.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential buyers and sellers to maintain interest and cultivate future business opportunities.
4. Documentation & Legalities
- Contract Preparation: Assist in preparing and reviewing sales contracts and legal documents.
- Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Paperwork Management: Handle documentation related to property ownership, transfer, and financing.
5. Marketing & Promotion
- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on various platforms, including online portals and social media.
- Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that attract potential buyers.
- Advertising: Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, property listings, and market analysis to management.
- Target Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
7. Team Collaboration
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments like marketing, finance, and legal to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Training: Stay updated on sales techniques, legal regulations, and property management tools through training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelors degree
2. Must have one year experience in sales

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
