Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making initial contact with potential leads, introducing them to Muxs innovative energy management and home automation solutions, and setting appointments for further consultation. This role is crucial in driving our growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce Muxs products and services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests.
  • Present and explain the benefits of Muxs energy management and home automation solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct detailed consultations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with Muxs product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
