Job Description:

• Conduct tele-sales to US-based customers, promoting Kingdom Trips travel packages and services.
• Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Apply creative, solution-driven approaches to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Work independently, adhering to company guidelines and senior instructions.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Lead and guide a team of sales agents, implementing effective strategies to achieve team sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Enjoy a competitive starting salary ranging between 70,000 to 75,000 PKR.
• In addition to the basic salary, there are commission opportunities available per sale, with our top agents currently earning 150,000 to 200,000 PKR and more per month.
• The training period is unpaid. However, if you successfully complete the training and are hired, it will be compensated.
• The probation period will be paid, provided you continue working and meeting the sales target. If you choose to leave during this period, payment will not be provided.
• To achieve the title of "Manager", it is necessary to complete the sales targets and then to guide the team in achieving their sales targets later on as well, during the 3 months of Probation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher, showcasing your educational background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous tele sales experience is required.
• Patience and the ability to work well under pressure, ensuring exceptional customer service in any situation.
• Proficiency in using a computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to handle documentation efficiently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a capacity for thinking outside the box.
• Display professionalism, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
