Responsibilities

· Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.

· Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in CRM software.

· Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role is a plus.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to understand and present technical details when necessary.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
