Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, building valuable links, analyzing web analytics, and implementing on-page SEO strategies. Daily tasks will involve optimizing website content, monitoring performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest SEO techniques and algorithms to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for the company’s websites.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Keyword Research and SEO Audits
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Build and manage backlink strategies through outreach and partnerships
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of current SEO best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & GSC
  • Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines
  • Agency experience preferred but not essential
