Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, contracts, and other administrative materials.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Support event planning, meetings, and other administrative functions.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
