Job Title: Senior Accountant On-SiteQualification:Part Qualified ACCA or CAMinimum 5-6 years of relevant experience with a Minimum 2 years of experience in an audit firm.E-commerce industry experience is mandatoryProficiency in MS Dynamics - Business CentralKey Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and reconciliation skillsExperience in E-commerce accounting and financial reportingHands-on experience with MS Dynamics - Business CentralExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsJob Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable ManagementOversee sales and receipts reconciliations.Ensure proper segregation of deductions from receipts, including:Early payment discountsCommission feesTax-related deductions & refundsPerform receipts and bank reconciliations.Marketplace Deductions & Refunds ManagementDetect and investigate disputed deductions from marketplaces.Conduct thorough refund investigations and reconciliations.Analyze refund trends, identify reasons, and provide recommendations to reduce return rates.Carrier Payables & Logistics ManagementManage and reconcile carrier payables.Conduct pre-audit of logistics vendors payments to prevent duplicate payments.Investigate shipping cost variances.Maintain accurate bookkeeping of carrier payments in Business Central.Financial Reporting & BookkeepingIdentify gaps between sales order dates, marketplace payments, and bank receipts.Assist management in preparing group financial statements.Maintain modular bookkeeping for:Receivables (All Marketplaces)Refunds and Returns (All Marketplaces)Commissions (All Marketplaces)Apply at zafeer@suavesolutions.net
