Senior Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Product Manager - Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, customer engagement, and product design, with a proven track record of driving innovation and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate these insights into product features and improvements.
• Product Design & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and refine product designs that align with customer needs and market demands.
• Innovation & Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market dynamics. Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.
• Roadmap & Strategy: Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
• Metrics & Performance: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless product launches, clear communication, and alignment on goals and priorities.
• Customer-Focused Approach: Advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process, ensuring that the end product delivers exceptional value.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer engagement and product design.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven ability to translate customer needs into successful products.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product development processes and methodologies, with experience in Agile frameworks being a plus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or additional certifications in product management are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs280,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
