We are looking for a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. You should have a strong understanding of bidding strategies, proposal writing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Communicate with clients professionally to understand their needs and pitch the right services.
- Coordinate with the technical team to get accurate estimates and timelines.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly bidding targets and contribute to revenue goals.
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner to close deals.
- Keep track of bidding performance and update internal records regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of IT services like web development, app development, design, SEO, etc.
- Ability to write personalized proposals rather than copy-paste.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Timings: 5PM-02AM / 06PM-03AMWorking days: Mon-Friday
