Salesforce Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable, robust, and secure solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, provide architecture guidance, and own solution design documentation.
- Oversee integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Design data models, sharing rules, and performance-optimized applications.
- Enforce platform best practices and ensure code quality through reviews and governance.
- Translate business requirements into future-proof technical strategies.
- Support agile delivery teams with technical leadership and mentoring.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem with 2+ years in an Architect role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with system integration, middleware (MuleSoft), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, identity management, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred: Application Architect, System Architect, CTA (nice to have).
