Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products and brand. Youll work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling designs for digital campaigns, product interfaces, motion graphics, and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, product UI/UX elements, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop visuals that align with brand goals and business objectives.
  • Create short-form and long-form video content, including product explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media reels.
  • Manage and maintain visual consistency across all branding materials.
  • Translate business and user insights into visually compelling designs.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring high-quality output across the team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a product-based or tech environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and motion design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Excellent visual, typographic, and color composition skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience working with product or SaaS-based companies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
