Senior IT Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.)
• Analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to inform development roadmaps with validated research.
• Evaluate the technological feasibility and business potential of innovative ideas.
• Prepare detailed research reports, whitepapers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend industry conferences, webinars, and forums to gather and share knowledge.
• Maintain a research database and ensure regular updates of insights and references.
• Identify key strategic areas where Enlatics can build or innovate based on research outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT research, technical analysis, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies across the IT spectrum.
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with research tools, databases, and platforms such as Gartner, CB Insights, or similar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth tech company.
• Familiarity with industry research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).
• Exposure to product innovation or R&D functions.
• Thought leadership (e.g., blog posts, speaking engagements, or academic publications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
