Positions Overview:

At 3DM Solutions, the Senior Web Developer plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-focused web solutions. This position requires a strong command of front-end and back-end technologies, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to clean, maintainable code. You will lead development efforts, guide junior developers, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital products aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design and business requirements into technical solutions.

3. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

4. Review code, set development standards, and mentor junior developers.

5. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices in web development

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

3-5 years of experience in web development (front and back end)
