SEO Team Lead

We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Team Lead with a strong background in search engine optimization and team management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SEO, including hands-on optimization, strategy development, and leading small teams. This role will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 2-3 SEO professionals while overseeing all aspects of SEO performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Manage and guide a team of 2-3 SEO specialists, providing training, support, and performance feedback
• Conduct regular technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are applied
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO efforts
• Create and present monthly SEO reports, insights, and action plans to stakeholders
• Ensure the team meets deadlines, goals, and KPIs in line with the business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role
• Proven success in improving organic search performance across multiple websites or campaigns
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a small SEO team
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc. is a plus

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
