Job Title: Sales Executive (BPO Experience Preferred)

About the Role:

At ORCA, We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive with a background in the BPO sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience in meeting sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Convert prospects into customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience dealing with international clients.
