SMS Marketing Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented SMS Marketing Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our SMS marketing solutions, including promotional, transactional, OTP, and two-way messaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach potential clients for SMS marketing services.

· Present and promote company products/services to existing and prospective customers.

· Understand client needs and propose customized SMS marketing solutions (masking, short code, long code, etc.).

· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

· Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

· Provide regular reports on sales activity and client feedback to management.

· Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in telecom or digital marketing.

· Familiarity with SMS marketing tools, bulk messaging platforms, and related terminology (SMPP, API integration, Sender IDs, etc.).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.

· Goal-driven with a strong sense of initiative.

· Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
