Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
• Stay updated with trends to create viral and high-performing content.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies.

Community Engagement & Management:

• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster an active community by engaging with followers, influencers, and relevant pages.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Generate reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
• Adjust strategies based on insights and performance metrics.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field
• 1+ year experience in creative role, Ideally skin care
• Strong portfolio & Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
