Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly creative, data-driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our Lahore office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen our brand presence, engage audiences, and drive meaningful results across all our branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals; define target audiences; maintain content calendars.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels); coordinate with design teams; ensure brand consistency.
• Platform Management: Oversee daily activity on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.; schedule and monitor posts.
• Engagement & Lead Generation: Respond to followers; foster community; run lead generation campaigns for all branches.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, reach, CTR, conversions; optimize strategy; prepare and present reports.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and tools; innovate content strategy accordingly.
• Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage ads with targeting and budgets; drive ROI in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and written in English and Urdu.
• Creative Thinking - Ability to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns.
• Analytical Mindset - Proficient in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency - Familiar with social media tools, SEO basics, and video editing.
• Design Expertise - Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ad Management Knowledge - Skilled in running targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong Time Management - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar social media management role.
• Demonstrated success in growing brand presence and engagement across platforms.
• Experience working in a multi-location or regional brand setup is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
