Your Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Assist in planning, creating, scheduling and posting content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest, Reddit, X, Whatsapp, Snapchat etc. for Tier I Maret.
• Identify, and continuously engage with existing relevant communities and pages on social media and professional forums online for brand awareness, build relationships and promote the brands of AI4LYF.
• Create thriving pages, communities and forums of our own on all important social media for brand loyalty and meaningful connections.
• Trend Research & Hashtag Strategy - Identifying viral trends, relevant hashtags, and industry conversations.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to track progress and build informed strategies.
• Creative Content Creation
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and short videos that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging campaigns that align with AI4LYFs vision and values.
• Campaign Execution
• Support the execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns that elevate our brand.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and audience preferences.
• Brand Alignment
• Ensure all content reflects AI4LYFs branding and tone.
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance the companys digital presence and reach.

What Were Looking For

• Knowledge of social media marketing on major social media platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• A passion for creativity, storytelling, and visual design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of the medical domain and tier 1 region

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Design, or related).
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
