The Division: Pike13, a division of Jonas PYXiS Software Group, stands out as a leading provider of client management software for membership businesses, including gyms and fitness studios, designed specifically for businesses focused on recurring services and automates payments, scheduling, and client management. Within the larger framework, PYXiS Software operates as part of Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., known for its buy-and-hold forever strategy in acquiring vertical market software businesses. PYXiS oversees independently managed software brands globally, providing essential strategic guidance and financial stability to ensure they lead in their respective markets. Pike13 is one of the highest ranked software on the market for dance studios, fitness trainers, swim schools, music schools and a variety of other enrollment-based businesses. The Position: We are looking for two experienced and skilled SQA Analysts to enhance our dynamic R&D team. As a crucial member of our testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing. The hired candidate will be located and work out of the Contour Software - Lahore office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department. Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong experience and proficiency in manual testing, approaches/techniques, and test planning.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to Identify, submit and issue to development for correction, and retest once errors have been corrected. Track defects and causal analysis to closure.
• Review the user stories, acceptance criteria, design test scenarios, and test cases.
• Keep track of new features/functionality added and prepare test cases to verify them.
• Experience with management tools (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Familiarity with test automation tools and like to learn and grow in this skill.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Database testing (SQL) and API testing (RESTful) is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
