• Ability to Reconcile reports from GMS with cash and credit.
• Assist in scheduling cashiers in their shifts.
• Assist in through management of check out - floor operations which will include Cash tills and End control.
• Ensuring smooth implementation of Customer service, within the department
• Ability to train cashiers along with their further development within the same field
• Work towards developing into the DM role.
• Greeting and providing the required product information in terms of specification, availability, price, and location to the customers.
• Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.
• Seek information from DM about the competitors promotions to understand the business action plans in a better way.
• Seek info from the line manager about competitors services and activities.
• Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
• Review and approve all the operational activities of team members.
• Keep motivation level high among all team members to bring the best out of them.
• Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team.
• To carry out any instructions/task given by the line manager and/or seniors
