Supply Chain Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team at our Factory and Warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and logistics. Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels at the warehouse and factory
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Coordinate closely with factory and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and prepare supply chain reports as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in a factory or warehouse setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, or similar ERP software is a plus
