Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage the recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates across different functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior members of the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, while also helping to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified talent.
  • Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate data and status updates.
  • Assist in job postings on various platforms and manage the responses.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in technical talent acquisition or recruitment in IT Industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HR databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and using them to drive improvements.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
