Tax Executive

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of "Tax Executive" based in Rawalpindi. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tax-related responsibilities efficiently.

Below are the Responsibilities:

• Assist the daily activities of the taxation team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax-related tasks.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of all tax returns and regulatory reporting requirements following deadlines.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential impacts to the organizations financial position.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address tax-related matters and provide expert guidance on tax implications of various business transactions.
• Analyze financial data using Microsoft Excel to assess tax liabilities and optimize tax positions.
• Identify and manage risks related to tax regulations and compliance, and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing tax-related activities and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in data extraction for tax audits, queries, and notices.
• Stay updated with current laws, rules, and regulations related to sales and income taxes

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting & Finance, MBA, M.Com, or partly qualified professional qualification (CA, ICMA).
• Understanding of MS Office, such as Excel (must-have).
• Experience Level: 1.5 Years, (CA/CMA firm experience will be preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
