Tech Intern

ARD Developers is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Tech Intern to join our IT & Development team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate tech infrastructure, ERP support, and digital operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Support ERP and HRIS systems with data entries and testing
• Help develop or update internal tools or automation scripts
• Provide first-level technical support to users
• Document IT procedures and perform research on new solutions

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of databases, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with any programming language (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace tools
