Job Summary: The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and promoting the companys products/services. The focus is on providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships, and assisting in generating interest from potential customers.

Position Title: Tele Sales Officer

Job Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to the companys products or services.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Call leads provided by the company, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by offering excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep updated on product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Lead Nurturing: Identify and qualify leads, providing necessary information to move them through the sales process.
  • Follow-Up and Engagement: Follow up on customer inquiries and interest to maintain ongoing communication and engagement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, calls, and feedback in the companys CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager regarding progress, challenges, and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role (preferable).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree is a plus).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales in a call center environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
