Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated TikTok Shop Manager to lead our operations on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing TikTok Shop accounts, a deep understanding of platform policies (including handling suspensions), and experience working with both white label and private label products.

As our TikTok Shop Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling our TikTok Shop presence to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage TikTok Shop Operations: Set up and maintain product listings, optimize storefront, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Content & Campaign Strategy: Coordinate with influencers and content creators to produce high-converting live and short-form content.
  • Handle Suspensions & Compliance: Monitor account health, respond to policy violations, and manage suspensions or appeals swiftly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Manage white label and black label product categories, ensuring accurate branding, labeling, and compliance.
  • Sales & Performance Tracking: Analyze shop performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and growth.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Proven ability to handle TikTok Shop account suspensions and navigate policy issues
  • Strong understanding of both white label and private label product management
  • Knowledge of TikTok content trends, creator partnerships, and live commerce best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
