Carbon Dispatch LLC is seeking 5 dynamic and motivated Sales Agents to join our US Truck Dispatching Campaign. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the US trucking industry, promoting our dispatching services, and securing business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US trucking sector.
  • Present and explain our truck dispatching services, emphasizing their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Job Requirements:-

  • English Communication: (Necessary)
  • 6-12 Months Sales Experience ( USA Truck Dispatching Campaign) ~ Preferred
  • Candidate should be hardworking and punctual
  • Must have proficient English communication skills
  • Qualification: O-Levels, A-Levels, Bachelors
